Foundation Facilitates Future Careers

Breyer Foundation recently partnered with the Cross Industry Construction Apprenticeship Task Force (CCATF) in facilitating a careers and training event in Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames.

The event brought together Kingston Council residents and local MSMEs, offering them the chance to connect with a variety of exhibitors, including Construction Skills Consortium, DWP, Breyer Group and Kingston Council. Attendees were able to showcase their skills to potential employers, as well as explore new opportunities within Kingston and the construction sector. 

All delegates were able to take steps towards advancing their careers or collaborating with larger contractors as a result of the networking platform and information provided. Some individuals are now in conversation about future career opportunities, while certain MSMEs are having follow-up meetings to discuss upskilling in the growing field of retrofit.
