Foundation Makes £10k Donation to Local Sports Academy

Head of Breyer Foundation, Alex Vella had the privilege of handing over a cheque for £10,000 to East London Boxing Academy last week. The funds were raised during a Boxing Event hosted by Breyer Foundation in the Royal National Hotel in Central London earlier this year. ELBA’s founder, Umer Ali was understandably delighted with the donation, which will contribute to the running of his incredible facility.

Situated in East London, ELBA provides opportunities to young people seeking a new challenge and a vibrant, vigorous sport, which enables them to channel their energies and aggression in a controlled and disciplined environment. Through positive partnerships and outreach programmes, ELBA supports ‘Hard to Reach’ groups, with no barriers to participation – in terms of race, gender or demography – and a welcoming approach to disabled participants and volunteers.
