Head of Breyer Foundation
Alex is responsible for the overall running of Breyer Foundation. She oversees our partnerships; coordinates fundraising events and handles grant applications.
Director of Renew
John oversees all planned maintenance and refurbishment projects at Breyer, driving consistent quality of works, as well as strong health, safety and environmental performance. John also leads the pre-construction process, ensuring all design responsibilities are adhered to for a smooth construction phase of works.
John has over 35 years’ experience delivering a wide range of social housing and commercial projects, new build and refurbishment within the public and private sector.
Director of Responsive Repairs
Warren is responsible for overseeing the responsive repairs part of Breyer’s business, including operational delivery and financial profitability of the Repair service stream.
Warren has worked for Breyer for almost 20 years and, in that time, has held a variety of positions giving him a wide experience of the property services industry.
Director of Roofing
Mark has overall responsibility for the roofing area of Breyer’s business. As well as securing, reviewing and delivering works, he is committed to fostering strong client relationships and ensuring roofing services meet stringent health and safety standards.
Qualified as a chartered accountant before training as a QS and progressing into more senior roles, Mark has worked within the property services industry for over 25 years.
Managing Director
Daren has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and leadership of the Breyer group. He is committed to ensuring Breyer achieves the highest standards in Health & Safety, Governance & Compliance and operational excellence. Daren is also an advocate for collaborative client and supply chain working practices. He is dedicated to maximising outcomes for all stakeholders through socially conscious and environmentally sensitive solutions.
Trained as a Quantity Surveyor, Daren has worked for over 30 years in the social housing, education, health and public buildings sector. His experience includes numerous executive positions and, most recently, the role of COO at a national property services and critical infrastructure business.
